We can issue energy performance certificates, trace & repair gas leaks, repair plumbing, install gas appliances, turn on gas meters and other services. If you are letting you will need an EPC as well as a GAS CERTIFICATE. If you are letting to a local authority you will need an EPC, NIC & GAS INSPECTION.

Gas boiler servicing should ideally be carried out annually but it is not a legal requirement it is however a legal requirement to have a gas test; i.e. landlords gas inspection or gas safety record.
